We focus on "traditional style" games, there are no electronic, video or Internet games here. The site offers games in two different formats - boxed games that we send out to your home and "print and play" games which you can download and print off. Most of these questions relate to our most popular service - the boxed games.

Tell me more ! The boxed games on this site are newly released games or pre-release games that the manufacturers want you to discover and try. It's good news for you because you get new games at a massive discount and it's good for the manufacturers too because once you've got the games and played them with your friends, they'll want to go and buy their own copies - so word gets around. Once the games become well known, the manufacturers will start making their money by charging full price. So if you like the look of any game that we're offering, grab yourself a copy before the promotion ends and the prices rocket up.

Are these proper games? Full versions? Yes!

Are the games any good ? All the games have been designed and produced by industry professionals so in that sense, they're good. However different people like different kinds of games so it's worth reading through the descriptions carefully to make sure that you're choosing the sort of game that you and your friends and family will enjoy.

Do any of the games contain offensive material ? No.

What's the catch? We aim to explain everything in a simple and easy-to-understand way so that you do not experience any "catches" or other unpleasant surprises. In the unlikely event that you find something on this site to be inaccurate or misleading, we'd very much like to hear from you so that we can resolve the issue both for your benefit and for the benefit or future visitors.

Anything else I should be aware of ? If you buy boxed games in shops, they are sometimes packed into unnecessarily large boxes (you know, the ones that are full of air with a few game components thrown in for good measure!). This kind of "air filled" box has a nasty habit of of getting crushed in transit when sent out individually for home delivery so we avoid them! The boxed games we supply tend to be much smaller than the "classic" big boxed games and therefore should arrive with you in good condition.

The following general safety guidelines apply to the games we distribute as well as many others available elsewhere:
Some of the games we distribute contain dice and small brightly colored plastic pieces. These may be attractive to young children and are a potential choking hazard. Therefore it is wise to keep all games out of reach of young children at all times.
Some of the games we distribute may require you to do things with you body that you might not normally do and there may be a risk of injury if you exceed your physical limitations.
Some of the games we distribute encourage loud or boisterous behavior this may cause a disturbance to others in certain environments.

How long does delivery take ? Delivery to most Australian addresses usually takes 3 - 8 working days at most times of year. Any occasional variations in these times will be announced in the catalogue. We recommend that you order before 6th December for Christmas delivery. Please note that we do not offer an express delivery service.

Please note that all the delivery times we quote are our usual delivery times. We will always try to achieve delivery within the times shown but please be aware that there are very occasional instances when for one reason or another, things may arrive a little late.

Do you share / rent / sell / otherwise make available my personal details to other companies who might then send me direct mail ? Absolutely not.
