I have lost my copy of the rules

Are you sure? They're on the side of the box.

Here are the full rules for Oblivion::

Getting ready to play:
Give each player a bite card and a plastic holder. Then assemble the boxes on the floor to form the tower, (widest box at the bottom, narrowest at the top). Be sure to use all the boxes except the speckled blue outer lid.

The rules of Oblivion:

Players takes turns to play. On your turn, place your card in your plastic holder and put the holder on top of the tower. Then bend down and pick up the card with your teeth. No part of your body other than your feet may touch the ground. You are allowed three attempts to pick up the card without touching the ground. If you fail, you are out of the game. When everyone has had a turn, the top block is removed from the tower and the next round begins as before. Play continues with the tower being lowered by one block per round. The winner is the last person left in the game. If two or more players pick up their cards from the lowest block (Oblivion), it is removed and remaining players place their card holders on the floor. If there's still no winner, the tower is rebuilt and remaining players are only allowed to have one foot touching the ground at any one time.
