Confirming your reservation at Amherst Lodge.

This page is for people who have already completed the reservation request form and have subsequently received a response from us. If you are in the wrong place please go to the accommodation menu.

How to confirm your reservation:

By telephone: Simply call us during office hours to confirm your booking. Please have your credit card handy. The telephone number is (01297) 442 773 or if you are calling from overseas,  + 44 1297 442 773.

By email: We do not offer secure online credit card transactions but you may confirm your reservation by email if you would like to do so. There is a ready made form for this purpose here. Please note that although we receive a number of confirmations by email, we expressly disclaim all liability caused by any complications arising from any such email transmissions, howsoever caused.

By fax: Some clients prefer to fax their credit card details and booking confirmation to us rather than using email. Two forms are available for this purpose, please choose the one that suits you best:
