The final was held during the week this year which meant that a few competitors failed to show due to work commitments (clearly they don't take their fishing seriously enough). Nonetheless by the end of the day a clear winner was established - Darren Herbet of Uplyme. Darren goes on to represent Amherst Lodge in the national finals and we don't want him back here unless he wins....Pictures of him in action follow below:
