Snug End is a compact self-contained wing of the main house with its own private garden which runs down to a pond and the cool flowing stream, a headwater of the River Lym. It is usually offered by the week from Friday to Friday with short breaks being available at certain times.

On the ground floor of Snug End there is the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. In the lounge area you will find a TV, video, sofa, armchairs etc. The cosy farmhouse style kitchen is fitted and fully equipped with the usual gadgets for day to day cooking. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The staircase leads up to a landing and the bedrooms. Bedroom One is a twin bedded room and bedroom two is a double room. Both rooms have views over the private garden and the main garden.

Finally a word of warning! If you have read about the lodge accommodation and then come straight through to this page then please note that these are two different types of accommodation. The lodge is smarter and generally chosen by people staying for two or three nights who want their cooking, cleaning and so forth done by the staff. The self-catering accommodation is generally chosen by groups of people staying for a week or two, who want to be more independent and are happy to fend for themselves.
